1) David Suzuki
- This is a great environmentalist who cares about the environment and is promoting people to have a positive impact on the environment. He has many resources out to help teachers learn about themselves and teach students about the environment.
2) Meteorologists
- A great way to teach students about weather is to invite your local meteorologist into the school to teach your students about the weather. Teachers do not know everything so why not bring someone into the classroom who is a specialist in their area of work to teach you about it. This will make the learning real and more beneficial for the students.
3) Bill Nye the Science Guy
Nye, Bill (2010). Bill Nye the Science Guy. Retrieved on October 29, 2010 from http://www.billnye.com/
- This guy is amazing as he has many experiments that float around youtube as well as on his website. If you go to his website it will give you instructions to some of his experiments as well as videos that you can use with your class.
